Peter Pan

Peter Pan is set to be a family affair as would be expected with an adaptation of the children’s favourite.

Presented by special arrangement with Samuel French and in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, J.M.Barrie’s timeless classic is brought to life in a brand new adaptation by award winning writer Laura Turner, with original music and songs, and beautifully designed costumes.

It is touring the country but will be with us at Nottingham castle on Friday 26 August with gates opening at 5pm for a 6pm start. For more information visit

Remember to bring your own blanket and/or chairs as seating is not provided. Also you can bring your own picnic, as there will be a bar and refreshments will be available on site.

Wuthering Heights

This performance will be a little darker and is aimed at adults and older teens, and is coming on 20th August. Also adapted by award winner Laura Turner, who says about the production:

“As an enormous fan of the Brontës, adapting Wuthering Heights for the open air stage was a dream come true. There is something thrilling about the sheer drama and emotion of this story and to me, an open air setting could not be more fitting. I hope that this adaptation brings the passion between Cathy and Heathcliff alive to pay true homage to Emily Brontë’s unforgettable novel.”
