Friday November 1
Root Down with blues legend Errol Linton at Peggy’s Skylight on George Street in Hockley; his vocals, harmonica and large personality are accompanied by Adam Blake on guitar, Petar Zivkovic on the grand piano, Lance Rose on double bass and Gary Williams on drums, doors open at 7pm and tickets are £15, after the show DJ Daddio plays until late.
Saturday November 2
Dave O’Higgins and Rob Luft share the billing at Peggy’s when their tenor saxophone/guitar lead quartet featuring Scott Flanigan on organ and Rod Youngs on drums visit Peggy’s from 7pm, entry is £12.  There is also afternoon tea at the same venue accompanied by Paul Deats’ jazz piano between 12 and 5pm.
Sunday November 3
Hosts with the most, Me and Mr Jones are singer Rachel Foster and pianist Paul Deats who perform a mezinee concert at Peggy’s starting at 1pm.  Trumpet wiz Hugh Pascall’s Quartet follows them at 6pm.  Saxophonist Gary Reader’s Quintet are at Lion in Basford from 1.30-3.30pm. Pianist/singer Wendy Kirkland is joined by Pat Sprakes on double bass and Andy White on drums at the Bees Knees in Laneham from 5pm.
Wednesday November 6
Soulful singer/pianist and BBC Introducing find Anoushka Lucas’ band visit Peggy’s from 7pm, entry is £8.
Thursday November 7
Pianist Matt Ratcliffe’s trio pay homage to Dave Brubeck at Peggy’s from 7pm. The Nottingham Rhythm Club at The Stadium Leisure Snooker Club, Nottingham Road, Basford present the Savannah Jazz Band from 8-10.30pm; doors open at 7pm and entry is £9/8 for members or £6 NUS.  Guitarist Joe Egan leads Nottingham’s finest free improv-jazz jam at Jamcafé as he does the first Thursday of every month; all ages, abilities, noises, yelps and rattles are welcome. At 8pm, the Goblet of Jazz is an open to all jam where names are pulled out of the goblet and madness ensues, at 10pm until late specially invited guests plus the best of the Goblet of Jazz merge for a Special Brew – you are invited to get involved and take some risks!

Where no entry fee is mentioned assume your purchases from the venue support the musicians.
