Nottingham’s First Dedicated Indoor Cycling Studio Set to Open

Nottingham is gearing up for the opening of the city’s first dedicated indoor cycling studio with
the launch of B.Spoke on Monday 14 October – a state-of-art new fitness facility that will offer a
unique new way for the people of Nottingham to keep fit.

Located in the heart of the city on Carrington Street, the brand new studio will feature 40 high
performance Stages SC2 bikes and a ten metre experience lighting wall – the only one of its
type in the UK.

Already commonplace in major cities like London, New York and Los Angeles, indoor cycling –
or ‘spinning’ – has become one of the leading fitness crazes with celebrity fans including the
likes of David and Victoria Beckham, Lady Gaga and Selena Gomez all regularly attending
classes.

B.Spoke Founder and Creative Director, Julia Wilson, said:

instructors to the special lighting effects and the carefully curated playlists designed to get you

B.Spoke will be offering people the special opportunity to enjoy a free session during its opening
week as it undertakes final tests before moving to its standard programme. From Monday 21
October, classes will cost £12 for a single session but with discounts available depending on
how many tokens people buy.
