Middletons Charity Night – 16 November 2013

A host of Nottingham musicians will converge on a Wollaton pub tonight in order to raise money for a great cause.

Middletons, situated on Trowell Road in Wollaton, is hosting a charity night to raise funds for Ward E38 at the Queen’s Medical Centre. Ward E38 is the Children’s Cancer Ward at the hospital, which we are sure you will agree is a fantastic cause.

Performing on the night will be JOSH WHEATLEY, ALEX BELFIELD, RICHARD JENKINS, GILES RIVERS COMPANY, MINT and JOSH KEMP – who raised money for the same cause at his EP launch earlier this year.

The event is the brainchild of Middleton’s customer Karl Attenborough who decided on hosting the event after deciding to give up smoking for this year’s Stoptober campaign.

As well as the live music, which kicks off at 8pm, there will be a raffle with prizes including Supermarket shop vouchers, spirits, chocolates and designer bags. There will also be an auction for a signed Nottingham Forest football and Notts County match tickets – plus, if enough money is raised, organiser Karl has agreed to a head shave on the night.

The event itself is free to enter, though a donation will be requested on the door, so why not take a trip out to Wollaton tonight and enjoy some great music and help raise some money for a great cause.
