ONE of Dancing on Ice’s most memorable pairings will perform together once again as part of an ice skating extravaganza at this year’s Unlimited Wellbeing Festival, taking place at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham and National Ice Centre this May.

Two-time British bronze medalist, Mark Hanretty will be reunited with his 2012 series partner, fitness guru Rosemary Conley as part of a number of events for the festival – which will include a group skating class for those wanting to learn to skate like a star, as well as a spectacular show dance.

The Unlimited Wellbeing Festival will arrive at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham and National Ice Centre on Sunday 12 May 2019 – with tickets on-sale now for £13.50.

It is set to be a fun-filled and action-packed day for all the family, with over 100 health and wellbeing related classes, demonstrations, talks and workshops included in the price of the ticket. Visitors can also enjoy a range of relaxing beauty treatments and complementary therapies or go shopping in the marketplace with over a hundred exhibitors to choose from.

Guests to the festival will have the opportunity to take part in an exhilarating group ‘Skatercise’ class before Mark and Rosemary lead a Dancing on Ice themed masterclass where participants can learn to skate like the stars.

Professional skater, Mark has been one of the ITV shows most popular professionals since 2011 and competed in the current series, which reaches its conclusion this Sunday, alongside his partner, TV presenter and former Apprentice finalist, Saira Khan.

“I can’t wait to be involved with the Unlimited Wellbeing Festival in Nottingham,” said Mark. “It will be an awesome opportunity for me to share my love of skating with a new group. I am so excited to showcase the amazing wellbeing benefits that ice skating has to offer.”

Dave Leverton, Chief Operations Officer for Unlimited Wellbeing, said: “People love coming along to our wellbeing festivals because it gives them the opportunity to try out new things and find out what they enjoy. Ice skating is fantastic for both physical and mental wellbeing and we are delighted to be able to include it within our programme and have Mark Hanretty leading classes and mingling with fans during the day.”

The Unlimited Wellbeing Festival returns to the East Midlands after more than 4,000 people attended last year’s event at Derby County’s Pride Park stadium. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jb0RFv3Mzi0).
