Jake Bugg to celebrate 10 years since debut album with Notts arena show

It’s almost hard to believe that its been 10 years since Nottingham’s very own Jake Bugg released his debut album and became the first Nottingham act to hit number one in the UK album charts, now to mark this special anniversary Jake is returning to his hometown for a special show at the Motorpoint Arena on November 26.

The special show will feature Jake along with his band performing his self-titled breakthrough album in its entirety, as well as an acoustic set and an electric set featuring tracks from his four other studio albums. Special guests, who have featured at various parts of his career, will also appear.

A special 10th anniversary edition of Jake Bugg is due to be released later this year in a number of versions – with more details due to be announced shortly.

2021 saw Jake release his fourth studio album, Saturday Night, Sunday Morning – named after Alan Sillitoe’s iconic Nottingham based novel – as well as the release of a documentary on Brazilian football legend ‘Ronaldinho’ for which Jake wrote the score.
