A twist on Ham Egg and chips,
A beautiful pork terrine, using pigs cheeks and smoked bacon, shoe string fries with a herbed devilled egg sat in the nest & tomato sauce.
Vegetable terrine as above for the vegetarian option

Beef medallions on a potato and parsnip rosti served with parsnip crisps, seasonal veg and a red wine jus
Seasonal veg
Cauliflower purée
Sautéed cabbage with pancetta
Glazed chanterray carrots
Vegetarian Main
Grilled leek aubergine and mushrooms, with a porcini mushroom bonbon and mushroom milk.

Apple and Caramel Charlotte with Creme Anglaise

At the age of 16shetrained as a Chef, successfully smashing her City & Guilds 706 1 + 11 and also 707 1 + 11. Living in Stratford – upon – Avon at the timeshe was employed at The Opposition as a fledgling chef, but quickly advanced to the sauce section, creating both desserts and sauces.

September 2017 I won Home Cook of the Year for the Midlands, in Leamington Spa sponsored by Aubrey Allen’s butchers. Since then I have done the pilot in London for Home Cook of the Year, Mary Berry’s current programme, and I am working with Scott’s butchers, Earlsdon & Binley Woods creating dishes for customers to eat at home.

Little bit more about achievements

I qualified as a Chef in 1987 successfully completing my 706 /1 & 11 and 707 /1 & 11

Worked for 12 months at The Opposition Stratford on Avon as a pastry chef.

2012 Cooking Live at the Good Food Show NEC for John Torode and Greg Wallace – Master Chef Live

2013 appeared on Master Chef on the TV got through 3 rounds

2014 appeared on Jamie and Jimmy`s Friday night Feast

September 2017 won Home Cook of the Year sponsored by Aubrey Allen`s butchers and won a stay and Michelin star meal at Simpsons Birmingham.

Since worked with them producing dishes out of a chicken shown on twitter and instagram.

October 2017 did the pilot for Britain’s best home cook with Anjula Devi.

March 2018 – working on outside catering events and shows with JT Beedham butcher in Nottingham

May 2018 – won the Tiptree Bake off where my cake is now being sold in their 10 tearooms across Essex

September 2018 demoed at Leamington Food Festival

And judged Home Cook of the Year 2018 with Clive Fretwell and Russell Allen

December 2018 to be featured in Waitrose Christmas magazine with my Tiptree bake off win
